I graduated from College in 1995 with a Dual Bachelors Degree in Aviation Engineering and Marketing and joined AAR in Woodale IL till 2001. I joined the Realestate Services field after the DOT COM crash of 2001. I entered the field as a Mortgage Professional and in 2003 I opened up my own Mortgage company QDI Financial, followed by my own Title and Realestate company A & O Realty.
In June 2010 my wife, who is also a Realestate Professional, and I decided to concentrate solely on Realestate and hence decided to join RE/MAX At Home in Rolling Meadows. The professional team of RE/MAX is second to none and has had a positive impact to my skills.
Over the preriod of 10 years I have serviced over 1000 clients and have amassed skills that have allowed me to painlessly see transactions to close and in turn keep very happy clients.

Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative (SFR):
Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, or SFR for short, certifies me to accurately direct distressed sellers to finance, tax, and legal professionals, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short-sale package, negotiate with lenders and lastly protect buyers.
Broker Price Opinion Representative (BPOR):
In general, the term Broker’s Price Opinion (BPO) is a method that a Real Estate Broker uses to estimate the probable selling price of a Real Estate property / house. The estimate of price is submitted in a BPO report (2-3 pages) that includes local and regional Real Estate market information, neighborhood analysis, and (comps) properties that compare to the (subject) house that is being priced. This method of estimating a price has similarities to a Comparative Market Analysis CMA and a residential Real Estate appraisal. BPO's are preformed for Financial Institutions for a fee. The certification allows me to thoroughly analyze the market conditions and help Sellers market their homes accurately for sale and I also help Buyers place accurate bids on homes that they are interested in purchasing.
